1. Backup your device.
2. Follow the prerequisite steps here
3. Unfortunately LGE shutdown their unlock server and now unofficial unlock methods are required. Research and proceed with them at your own risk!
4. Reboot to the bootloader: With the device powered off, hold Volume Up + Power.
5. $ fastboot flash recovery divested-14.1-20230920-dos-h811-recovery.img
6. Reboot to the recovery: With the device powered off, hold Volume Down + Power until the LG logo appears, then release Power for a second and hold it again until the recovery comes up.
7. Choose "Apply update", then "Apply from ADB", and $ adb sideload divested-14.1-20230920-dos-h811.zip
8. While still in the recovery perform a factory reset
9. Reboot into DivestOS. If it takes more than 10 minutes to boot then something is wrong. Do not let it sit for more than 10 minutes!
10. There are monthly updates. You MUST read the News page and backup your device before each update.
