1. Backup your device.
2. Follow the prerequisite steps here
3. Follow the vendor-specific unlock steps here
4. Reboot to the bootloader: With the device powered off, hold Volume Down + Power.
5. $ fastboot erase avb_custom_key
6. $ fastboot flash avb_custom_key avb_pkmd-davinci.bin
7. Reboot to the bootloader
8. $ fastboot wipe-super super_empty-davinci.img
9. Reboot to the bootloader
10. $ fastboot update divested-17.1-20230920-dos-davinci-fastboot.zip
11. Reboot to the recovery: With the device powered off, hold Volume Up + Power.
12. Choose "Apply update", then "Apply from ADB", and $ adb sideload copy-partitions-davinci-release.zip
13. Choose "Apply update", then "Apply from ADB", and $ adb sideload divested-17.1-20230920-dos-davinci.zip
14. While still in the recovery perform a factory reset
15. Reboot into DivestOS. If it takes more than 10 minutes to boot then something is wrong. Do not let it sit for more than 10 minutes!
16. There are monthly updates. You MUST read the News page and backup your device before each update.
